All my current technicians have been with me for a considerable time, some for over 15 years. They have trained with me, most of them as an apprentice, and have attended Basingstoke College of Technology, to gain City & Guilds.
Jordan, Scott, Ben, Theo, and Josh fully qualified technicans with city & guilds qualification, Jordan an Scott have attained level 4 qualification in electric vehicle diagnosis and repair,
As a forward thinking, independent vehicle repairer, with the advances in vehicle electronics’ and systems, I believe the only way to keep ahead of the competition is with investment in training and the use of up to date equipment.
We invest heavily in specialized tools for the correct removal and fitting of suspension componants and bushes, Timing belt and chain tools, Not having tyhe right cab cause serious costly damage. Damage that we frequently see while carrying out vehicle inspections.
Our equipment includes the latest MOT One Man Testing Lane, with fully computerised shock absorber testing. ( with graffic print out)
We use the latest AUTOCOM, SNAP ON, LAUNCH and AUTEL electronic diagnostic tools all updated with the latest software available.
Tyre changing is carried out using top of the range Hoffman equipment, fitted with all the technology to remove and fit tyres up to 22 inch diameter and 16 inch width, including run flats without damage to the rims.
Hoffman 3D 4 wheel infrared four wheel alignment equipment has been installed, this is top of the range kit, offering a complete front and rear alignment test and adjustment to very close tolerances, a must on modern steering and suspension systems, for correct tyre wear, road handling and of course best fuel economy.
We now have 2 top of the range dual gas air conditioning machine's, This gives us the abilty not only to disapoint customers when a machine is out of service for repair or calibration, but to carry out a greater numbert of repairs per day
All our technicians .are 'F' gas certified, a legal requirement.
On the recovery side we have dropped our TVP contract, as rates offered and the very high management company charges levied made it impossible to recruit the high calibre operstors and update our fleet tp a standard we would wish. We still operate for Hampshire Police
